An associated methodological paper entitled Measuring Public Opinion about Sentencing considers issues that arise when measuring informed public opinion about sentencing.
Pathways to Justice In response to concerns that the sentencing process was in need of reform the Victorian Government requested Professor Arie Freiberg in 2000 to review aspects of Victoria's sentencing laws.
