Sentence Indication and Specified Sentence Discounts Final Report Launch
The Final Report of the Sentence Indication and Specified Sentence Discounts reference is being launched on Wednesday 19 September 2007.
The Final Report is the culmination of work on this project. It will provide recommendations to the Attorney-General on the merits of formalising a sentence indication scheme and whether or not an explicit sentence discount scheme should be introduced into Victorian Courts.
Individuals interested in attending the launch or receiving a copy of the Final Report are asked to contact the Council. The Final Report will also be available for download from this website on the morning of the launch.
