Provocation in Sentencing Research Paper - second edition

The Provocation in Sentencing Research Paper examines provocation in sentencing decisions in Victoria, interstate and internationally. The paper suggests an approach to considering provocation in sentencing. The Council published the first edition of the paper in February 2008. Due to ongoing demand, the paper has been republished, the new edition incorporating a comprehensive index and an enlarged fold-out of paper's the key graph.
