Contravention of Community Correction Orders focuses on offenders who received a community correction order (CCO) in the Magistrates’ Court or the higher courts of Victoria between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2013. The report analyses the sentences imposed for different types of contravention and the factors associated with the risk of contravention.
The Council has produced a factsheet outlining the key findings of this report.
