This report presents a statistical profile of sentencing outcomes for occupational health and safety (OHS) offences sentenced in Victoria between 1 July 2005 and 30 June 2021.
The purpose of the report is to provide an evidence base to consider reforms to the sentencing of OHS offences. It is published alongside a consultation paper and plain language summary designed to assist the community with providing feedback on potential reforms.
