Building on the Council’s previous work, this study examines factors associated with reoffending by, and the prior offences of, the 1,898 offenders sentenced for breaching a family violence intervention order or family violence safety notice in Victoria in the financial year 2009–10. The study examines offending by this group in the five years before, and the five years after, 2009–10.
