Today we have launched CaseFinder, a new tool to assist legal practitioners, courts and others to quickly find sentencing decisions for offences in the higher courts.
With CaseFinder, you can filter and sort cases by features including sentence type, imprisonment lengths and offender age and gender.
CaseFinder aims to make it easy for you to identify sentencing decisions that may assist in understanding current sentencing practices for an offence.
