Community Correction Orders: Monitoring Report

Date of Publication

Community Correction Orders: Monitoring Report examines how community correction orders (CCOs) were used in the 18 months following their introduction in January 2012 and describes the characteristics of offenders who received them. The report also considers the extent to which CCOs replaced community-based orders (CBOs), intensive correction orders (ICOs), and suspended sentences in both the Magistrates' Court and the higher courts.
