Family Violence Intervention Orders and Safety Notices examines sentences for contravention of family violence intervention orders over two periods: 2004–05 to 2006–07 and 2009–10 to 2011–12. It also considers sentences for contravention of family violence safety notices, which became available in December 2008. A summary of the report's main findings is also available.
