Baseline Sentencing: Submissions

In April 2011, the then Attorney-General sought advice from the Council on the introduction of a baseline sentencing scheme in Victoria. The Council’s consultation process included a public call for submissions, for which it received 15 written submissions. Public submissions are available below.
