This factsheet reports on the number of people sentenced in 2023–24 for committing a serious offence while serving a community correction order (CCO).
Under the Corrections Act 1986 (Vic), the Sentencing Advisory Council is required to report annually on convictions for serious offences committed by people on CCOs. This factsheet is the eighth publication to fulfil that requirement.
