Imposition and Enforcement of Court Fines and Infringement Penalties in Victoria: Submissions

In early 2013, the then Attorney-General asked the Council to advise on the imposition and enforcement of fines as a sentence in Victoria. As part of this project, the Council made a call for public submissions and received 12 written submissions. All public submissions from that project are available below.
